I recently had the privilege of attending Tabitha’s workshop on the Psychology of Struggle.

What a workshop! And what an epic human you are Tabitha.

It was refreshing to hold space for pain and negative emotions and then integrate them (rather than letting them go) with nurturing reframes that felt real and relevant - reframes that stick.

The truth is we all have wounds to heal and bringing the conversation into the workplace is so powerful. It's about time we bring healing out of hiding.
